SHIPPING POLICY

 Unfortunately, we do not offer lnternational postage & only ship goods within Australia.

Goods will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment being received. Please note that direct deposits take 24 - 48 hrs to be received depending on your bank.

Orders should be received within 2 to 7 working days of dispatch. Remote country areas, such as Western Australia, Far North Queensland and Tasmania may experience a longer than usual delivery time.

We use Fastway Couriers at a flat rate of $10.95 per small to medium parcel.

Larger items will be costed prior to shipping.

We can offer Express post on request at a cost of $18.95 on most parcels (some large & bulky items my not fit in this satchel and additional charges may apply). Express orders are available on request. You will not be able to select express post at checkout so please call 0422 036 411 to place express orders during normal business hours.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of clothing products refunds cannot be provided if you have damaged the product through intentional, unintentional abuse or normal wear and tear. We provide detailed information and images for each product that we sell, and we are available to answer any questions that you may have. 

Any requests for returns or exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Exchanges must be requested in writing via email to sales@34degrees.com.au.

Please include the invoice number, invoice date & reason for the exchange. 

If a request for exchange or refund is approved you must return the goods within 7 days in an unworn condition

with tags attached and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for postage cost for returning and re-sending replacement goods.

Items sent back to 34 Degrees South without approval will not be accepted, exchanged or refunded.
